OMG, the homemade bread at breakfast was heavenly! With local Yucatecan flavors dancing on our taste buds, we couldn't get enough. Plus, the stunning pools and the beautifully appointed room felt like an oasis amidst Valladolid's hustle and bustle.
We had a couple of minor annoyances like tweaking the shower water temperature and finding parking a bit far away. But the staff's kindness in guiding us made it all shine brighter!

Parking a couple of blocks away is a hassle!!! The soundproofing is inadequate. stray dogs barking all night disrupted my peace. The shower pressure was uncomfortably high, making it tough for anyone with sensitive skin to enjoy a soothing experience!!!
